Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposits All appointments require a booking deposit to secure your appointment slot. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling made within this timeframe will allow your deposit to be transferred to a future appointment. • Cancellations made with less than the required notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened. • Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited. No-Show Policy Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in loss of deposit and may require full or partial pre-payment for future bookings. Consultations & Medical Suitability All clients must complete consultation forms and disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent treatments prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. Age Restrictions Treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and over unless otherwise stated and agreed with parental or guardian consent. Health & Safety Please attend your appointment with clean skin where applicable and follow any pre-treatment advice provided. Treatments cannot be carried out if you are unwell, have infections, or contraindications that make treatment unsafe. Clinic Changes or Cancellations While we aim to run on schedule, we reserve the right to amend or cancel appointments if necessary. Clients will be contacted and offered an alternative appointment where possible. Agreement to Policy By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our booking policy.
