1. Booking & Deposits
1.1 Appointments may be booked:
· Online via Glowell’s booking button (which redirects to Fresha),
· By telephone, or
· In person .
1.2 Some treatments require a booking deposit. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
1.3 Where a deposit is required, an appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received and a confirmation message/email has been issued.
1.4 Deposits are deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment.
1.5 Not all appointments require a deposit. Glowell reserves the right to request a deposit or prepayment at its discretion, particularly for longer or specialist treatments.
1.6 Glowell reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where a required deposit has not been paid.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
2.1 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
2.2 Where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.
2.3 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit unless otherwise approved by Glowell. Glowell may , at it's discretion, transfer a deposit in exceptional circumstances.
2.4 Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
2.5 Glowell may require full or partial prepayment for future bookings following a missed appointment.
This policy ensures fair appointment availability for all clients.
3. Late Arrival
3.1 Clients must arrive on time.
3.2 Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
3.3 Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.
3.4 Where a client arrives late and the appointment cannnot proceed in full, Glowell reserves the right to charge the full treatment fee where the appointment time has been reserved.
4. Consultations & Medical Suitability
4.1 All clients must complete a consultation form and provide accurate information regarding:
· Medical conditions
· Medications
· Allergies
· Recent treatments
4.2 Glowell reserves the right to refuse, postpone or modify a treatment where it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.
4.3 Glowell cannot accept responsibility for complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by a client.
5. Age Restrictions
5.1 Treatments are available to clients aged 18 years and over.
5.2 Clients under 18 may only be treated with prior agreement and appropriate parental or guardian consent.
6. Health & Safety
6.1 Clients must follow all pre-treatment and aftercare advice.
6.2 Treatments cannot be carried out if you are:
· Unwell
· Experiencing infection
· Presenting with contraindications
6.3 Glowell maintains professional hygiene and safety standards at all times.
7. Cancellations or Changes
Glowell reserves the right to amend or cancel appointments where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be offered an alternative appointment where possible.
8. Payments & Pricing
8.1 Payment for treatments is due on the day of the appointment unless a deposit or prepayment has been made.
8.2 Where bookings are made online, payments and deposits are processed securely via Fresha, Glowell’s third-party booking and payment provider.
8.3 All prices are listed in euro (€).
8.4 Glowell reserves the right to update prices at any time. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.
PART B – ONLINE BOOKING TERMS
(Applies to all services booked online via Fresha)
1. Online Booking Process
1.1 Online bookings are made via Glowell’s booking button, which redirects clients to the Fresha platform.
1.2 The Customer must ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.
1.3 All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.
1.4 Where a deposit is required, a booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been successfully processed through Fresha and a confirmation has been issued.
1.5 All online bookings remain subject to:
· Part A – Terms & Conditions; and
· Any service-specific conditions applicable to the selected treatment.
2. Deposits & Payment Processing
2.1 Some online bookings require a deposit. This will be clearly displayed before payment is taken.
2.2 Where applicable, the remaining balance is payable at the clinic following the service.
2.3 Online payments and deposits are processed securely through Fresha. Glowell does not store full card details.
2.4 Deposits forfeited under the cancellation policy are non-refundable.
